Gymnastics is one of the most fulfilling of all sports, plus it helps develop the whole person. Along with building a solid foundation, it builds strength, speed, grace, and balance. This sport also promotes perseverance, pride in accomplishment, discipline, and self-confidence.
The educational, non-competitive classes at Kids Gym are designed to meet the individual needs of each child while helping each to reach his/her full potential. We stress the FUNdamentals!

Lunch from 11:30-12:00pm. Open Gym starts at 12 noon.
*All children must be potty trained.
A full hour of shaping, drills and spotted back handsprings to help your advanced beginner through intermediate level gymnast master this foundational gymnastics skill!
